PTCL Whatsapp Customer Service Support Review

Service Overview


PTCL started their WhatsApp customer support service for their customers. PTCL launched this service this month (Jan-2021) for their customers. Today here I will share my review regarding this service and I will also test these services.

This WhatsApp support service of PTCL may be based on robotic or human support. Insha’Allah I will share every important point with all of you. How can customers use this WhatsApp support service? I will also share the procedure here.

Which Services Offered by PTCL

PTCL offers main 7 services but these seven are known as front-end because these are contained with the sub-menus and features. Customers can order new service, customers can check their bills etc. Main seven services are as below:

  1. Register a complaint
  2. Check complaint status
  3. Apply for new Products / Services
  4. Know more about Products / Services
  5. Get billing information / Payment Options
  6. Download Digital Apps
  7. Video Tutorials

As above mentioned, customers can inquire about anything which he wants to know. Above shared major seven services customers will avail through the WhatsApp. This service is perfect and useful for those customers which are not using telephone services of PTCL and he wants to register a complaint or require any service and he needs to call through a mobile cellular network. 

Then customers bear heavy expenses of call because most customers wait in line for a while. Now customers directly approach the customer care team with wasting their time and calling charges.

Customer benefits with WhatsApp Support Services

PTCL Self-Support service giving a way to their customers to save their time for two word queries. Let me explain with examples how customers can save their time. Suppose a customer wants to know just about their monthly bill then he needs to call the PTCL helpline 1218 and select desired language and then he listens to the whole menu for selecting the correct option means he waits at least five mint then he goes into the queue. After waiting five or ten minutes’ call connected with the support agent.

Then the customer needs to listen to the agent greetings. Customers reply to their query and share the landline number with the call agent. Then the agent checks and guides the customer regarding the bill. Means this whole process takes minimum ten minutes but if a customer calls from prepaid cellular network then he needs to pay at least 30 rupees pkr.

PTCL WhatsApp support gives the answers within a minute or two minutes. If you are not a PTCL customer and want to order a new connection but want to check the package's details with price, then also you can use this WhatsApp service. This service is totally useful for the PTCL customers and also for the NON-PTCL users for info or ordering.

Why did PTCL need to start WhatsApp customer support?

As all of us already know PTCL is the Asia biggest Internet Service Provider (ISP) company. PTCL improves their customer service support day by day and introduces new ways to engage with their customers and make a comfortable level for their customer. PTCL already gives their customer support through Facebook and Twitter but now offers Whatsapp customer support.

Whatsapp customer support is the easy way for the PTCL users to register their complaints regarding the services issue without waiting on call. On the other side we also can say that PTCL introduced the whatsapp support service to reduce their call center queues. But I think so PTCL introduced this support service to make contact with customers more closely. Whatsapp customer support makes PTCL a more powerful customer support service provider also.

If you want to contact PTCL Self-Support then you need to save their number (03312181218) in your smartphone. Then open your whatsapp and write a message " hi " and press enter/ok. Now a main menu opens in front of you. I personally tested this service for checking the bill. I found him very useful. After submitting my question I receive a response within a mint. PTCL Whatsapp Self-Support customer care service is totally useful and I recommend to all of you.
